Pros

I have been with realtor for 4 years now. I ll admit the company has gone through various org restructures and layoffs. But the people in realtor are amazing. Their engineering managers are one of the best in silicon valley and internally the company is making some serious moves to keep their employees happy and excited for the mission. If you are looking for work life balance, this is the company for you!

Cons

One of the cons could be that sometimes it might feel like the mission and the vision that the higher ups have might not trickle down to the junior employees

Pros

- 4 day work weeks, each shift is 10 hours - $15 hourly wage plus commission - Very good training - Great culture and awesome people - Remote work from home position - Training pays $20 an hour to make up for commission - Managers are very easy going and are willing to work with you - Great benefits with huge discounts with many different companies on many different platforms - Lots of holidays including personal time off

Cons

- You cannot miss a single day of training - Commission is not per each transfer, it's based on tiers - No commission if the person purchases/sells/rents the house - You have to work overtime if you want a good check
