      Pros

      Move has a very deep technology stack: AWS, Node.js, Ruby on Rail, MongoDb, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Radis, front-end, back-end. You name it. It's a great place for developers to pick a lot of technical skills in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      Teams in general aren't as small/nimble as they used to be. You mileage may very. Like most large organizations, its people are diverse. You'll do well only if you land on the right team.
