Leadership weak and poor at execution. Obsessed with Zillow. Poor maternity/paternity leave policies. No stock plan and hardly any cash bonus.

Flexible when needed... When the industry is good everybody is happy...

Cons

Few work hard, the rest sit back and watch..... the environment gets rough when the plans are not met.... toxic disrespectful meetings.... yelling all the time... no innovation or new products..
