Pros

At least we usually don't have to go to work on Sundays.

Cons

I have read many of the reviews for this company on this site (and others) and find that there is a tremendous amount of positive B.S. about this place (probably written by someone in HR) that paints a picture of a caring and compassionate company trying to provide opportunities for its employees. The reality of the situation is that just the opposite is true. The negative reviews on this site are spot on, however. Yes it is true that the metrics and the sales quotas are in many cases beyond absurd, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. The reviews don't do justice to the serious morale problems and management conflicts that continue to escalate unabated daily. The insane amount of people constantly being hired and subsequently fired in short order should be a clue to management that there is a problem with their hiring and training processes, and that the unfeasible expectations required of your employees, both new and established, should be reviewed to correct the problem. While you are at it, as others have mentioned, maybe threatening employees that they may be fired every day and creating an atmosphere of anxiety and fear isn't the best business model for a successful company. As a current employee with almost a year working in the Scottsdale call center, I can tell you that I have seen this place really go down the tubes since I started here. It used to be a cool place to work, but owing to some management and policy changes it has slowly morphed into the hell hole it is today. Most here wonder what new oppressive daily requirements the current regime is going to slap us with from day to day. Should you consider coming to work here? That depends...are you seriously nuts?

Pros

Very strong sense of community among coworkers, bonus structure in place for many of the operations positions in the Scottsdale office. Excellent health insurance!

Cons

Leadership has a tendancy to bottleneck information that would be helpful to staff, lack of transparency and barely competitive wages.

Pros

The company is conducive to personal growth, and fosters the value of team work. Most managers I worked with have been pleasant and understand your personal goals along with the company's. Generally speaking most employees here are very thoughtful and nice. Work hours are very flexible, the company is very good about understanding personal needs and allowing working from home.

Cons

Salary compensation is lower compared to other tech companies in the area. An awful performer not only fabricated drama from within the team all the way to HR, they also somehow was given a job in a different team and ended up staying at the company. Vacation benefits are also sub-par. Sick days and vacation days are separate, there is absolutely no reward for keeping yourself healthy, your sick days will just evaporate at some point.
