I've enjoyed working with my team.

Cons

The company will low ball on salary and doesn't provide a lot of perks or things to keep employees satisfied. To get a better sense of what I mean by the company being "cheap," snacks are small bags of chips that get stocked twice a week and run out on the same day. There's a 40% attrition rate because management does silly things like this.

*Everything else you can imagine and not mentioned on Pros (from how they sell you the ultimate career opportunity, shady business tactics, call metrics take priority over revenue generated, very micromanaged, you do not have control over your book of business, turn and burn type of environment)
