Pros

None, this company is nothing it claims to be. Besides the free snacks that everybody hoards the first day, that's about it!

Cons

Unrealistic goals, low pay, terrible management! You cannot spend time selling to your customers when your too busy trying to make over 100 calls a day! If you miss your call matrix by even 1 dial a day you get written up. 3 write ups per month and your gone!

Pros

Up until November of 2015, you really could make decent money in sales here. The comp plan was great. And nice spiffs too. All you had to do is work hard and sell. That's why I chose this place over others.

Cons

Stressful, metric driven call center environment. Mostly cold calling the same people over and over. Leads only given to a very few. The rest have to call the same lists that are just shuffled around to other reps the next month. It's really not a fun place to work. But the biggest con, and the reason I left, is that the comp plans change monthly, giving you no security at all. From the time I was recruited to time I hit the main sales floor, the comp plan was reduced by 91%! That's right, it went down by 91%! This went from a $100K per year sales job if you were good to a $45K a year job if you're lucky almost overnight.

Thank you for your feedback. Although I may not familiar with your particular situation, our sale representatives are incentivized based on their performance, which is a key component of a successful sales operation. Our compensation plans are performance-based and they do change as our employees ramp up and build their book of business. Monthly compensation targets may fluctuate based on individual performance. However, annual target compensation does not change.
