Lots of opportunity to learn new tech, great people to work with, good work life balance, opportunity exists to learn and improve cloud engineering practices.

Cons

Several reorgs have happened the past couple years, which can take its toll on employees. Company prefers to hire at higher titles than promote title bumps from within.
