      Pros

      I've had the best experience since working with the company. The culture and values are positive. They give us friendly competitions with our sister properties so we can all get ideas off each other to be more successful as a property. They are always looking to make things better not only for their residents but their staff as well. Their quick to resolve IT issues and provide positive and constrictive feedback to their team.

      Cons

      The system updates often cause more issues than we began with but even then IT does a fairly quick job of troubleshooting and getting it resolved within a few days.
