I switched to my nearest ROG office as soon as I learned there were 100% commission firms out there. I had been at KW for 6 years where they took 36% of my commission. My particular ROG office has a flat fee of $450 for most average priced transactions and $150 monthly office fee. Additionally, I didn't sacrifice any BIC support or coworker culture as management is always there to answer questions and motivate me and coworkers are always happy to help too. I wish I had moved to ROG sooner.

Cons

None. This is a commission based job which has it's own cons, but I see no cons at Realty ONE Group.
