Okay, so not every job is "perfect" in fact I'd challenge you to examine your job and try to say that. Mine certainly is far from that, however. Management cares about me, my likes and dislikes, they value my skills as a person and artist, but most of all they make an effort to understand you as an individual. Not someone bringing in Money for the company.
Cons
I personally have a lot of down time, which isn't the end of the world.
- management who did not care about human beings
- terrible pay, no security offered on dangerous properties
- lacking benefits
- ignored multiple requests from employees on safety concerns, leading to long-term disability of maintenance employee
- terribly managed/out-of-date admin systems
- spineless HR
- on call 24/7 managing properties with constant electrical, heating, and plumbing issues (not to mention cockroaches and bedbugs)
