      Pros

      Benefits are awesome. Company culture is very inclusive. Strong Lean approach in operations. Multiple outside-work events to bring employees together. Good incentives for attendance, performance, and ideas implementations. Company provides complementary lunches or food for some special events or holidays.

      Cons

      I wish there is more team cooperation between departments, supporting each other better, working better as multi-department teams when working on common projects

Thank you for providing feedback in regards to cooperation and support between departments. Communication is important as many departments must work together for a successful outcome.       The Honest Review

      Pros

      Benefits are literally the best in the aerospace industry; close to 4 and half weeks of PTO, all dental and healthcare paid for from the company, yearly bonuses!, etc.

      Cons

      On-the-Job training is little to none here, unless you have the will to learn fast from others then you can do it!

      Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Your feedback helps us to improve processes and make RECARO a better working environment for everyone. We have a Learning and Development Specialist on staff who can assist you with any training resources you need and we will continue to look at improving training in each department. RECARO currently has several recognition programs in place such as RAVE, SPOT and Service awards. More than 50 internal employees were promoted in 2019 and we hope to see that number continue to increase year after year. Thank you again for your feedback.
