Pros

This employer has a strong commitment to providing opportunities to all skill levels, cultural profiles, and career paths. Whether you're standing on the launching pad of your career, mid-stream, or have your eyes on retirement, they encourage growth and cross training to maximize your skill set. As others have said, the benefits are essentially the best I've come across. It's obvious that RECARO cares that employees and families are taken care of.

Cons

As with any manufacturing company, when there is growth, it can be painful. Planning and organization could be improved upon to help remedy some of these pains.

Thank you for your positive words. RECARO does care that employees and their families are taken care of and we are consistently reviewing benefit packages to ensure that our employees are getting the best. We recognize that our employees work hard, so we are happy to hear that you are enjoying a positive work-life balance. RECARO has seen rapid success and growth and that can be challenging in the planning and organization areas. We appreciate your patience as RECARO's decision makers are working with our lean team to help make the transitions more smooth.

Pros

To be fair, this company has one of the best benefits I have seen offered by any employer. Actually, health insurance is the one reason why many employees decide to stay working for Recaro.

Cons

The only company throughout my life that I have seen not taking bullying/sexual harassment seriously. Sexual harassment is rampant in this company, guys there behave with some women as if they were just a piece of meat. Bullying, well, everyone there saw an 18 year old kid being bullied by a 6’2 26 years old guy for months, and despite the many complaints from workers, from the same kid which was crying most of the time, nothing was done except suspend the guy for a week. The guy came back and kept doing the same crap, telling the kid that he was a piece of crap and that he was gonna get beat up. A shame to be honest.
