      Pros

      Health, dental, visual benefits, all company paid, plenty of PTO and paid holidays per year. Bonus pay at the end of the year

      Cons

      Not much pay, management doesn't have a clue what's going on, far too much uncertainty because management is afraid of taking risks. One hand definitely doesn't know what the other is doing at this place.

      Dependent on Germany HQ too much. Germany is extremely slow.
