      It is a new and growing company with tons of potential and opportunities.

      Cons

      With rapid growth, you experience broken processes and lack of knowledge. The company is very open at discussing mistakes and trying correct them.

      Absolut Chaotic Environment - All fake!

      Absolutely nothing, all fake, all related to branding and marketing, not engineering!

      Cons

      Worst experience I've ever had in my career. Micromanagement is their best tehy can do, no support whatsoever, they do whatever you can call, but R&D or engineering. If you are moving to Germany to work for this company, stay away! NOT a friendly environment for foreigners, you will face a lot of racism inside. Management doesn't know what the are doing, losing a lot of good people for poor management. Glassdoor is also manipulated, they have deleted my previous review here! Be cautious
