Pros

Great brand; great opportunities for growth; great customer service; good product. Because it is a premium brand there is room to grow in the short-term. The company has strong promotional and sales expertise.

Cons

Under the thumb of world HQ in Europe. Outside of the US, limited experience in the product category. Run like an automotive company rather than a consumer products company.
