6yWe are happy to hear that you are enjoying the RECARO culture and all that we offer to our employees. Our employees put a lot of time and effort into RECARO's growing success and it's important to us that employees know they are appreciated. Thank you for providing feedback in regards to cooperation and support between departments. Communication is important as many departments must work together for a successful outcome. We will continue to look for areas in which we can improve relations between different departments.

6yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Your feedback helps us to improve processes and make RECARO a better working environment for everyone. We have a Learning and Development Specialist on staff who can assist you with any training resources you need and we will continue to look at improving training in each department. RECARO currently has several recognition programs in place such as RAVE, SPOT and Service awards. More than 50 internal employees were promoted in 2019 and we hope to see that number continue to increase year after year. Thank you again for your feedback.
