Pros

- Great training and then trust to support own portfolio - autonomy - Leadership is inspiring and forward thinking - Perfect use of AI to help improve processes and make admin reduced - Great bonding of team with meetings and meet ups - Brilliant monthly merchant stipend, a hefty health/wellbeing stipend and co-working fund - Lack of red tape and takes feedback well - genuinely want to improve where they can which motivates me - Unlimited PTO that is encouraged to take a lot to rest, not as a limitation to just take little - Management is amazing and not career hungry sharks

Cons

- They are hiring in hybrid office more frequently which may not be for everyone but I prefer it
