      Had a wonderful customer service manager

      Cons

      -No real room for growth -They hire incompetent management -Customer Service expectations were absurd -Pay was not sufficient for living in Seattle and full time work

      I loved working here

      Pros

      -The people were all friendly, easy to work with, same for all the managers I interacted with -Good salary and benefits -Opportunities for growth/advancement -Lots of opportunities to get involved in volunteer days, events, trainings, etc -Overall great place to work

      Cons

      None, I really liked this job. If you don't enjoy the waste sector or believe in waste zero that could be a negative as the culture is very much passionate about preventing waste

      Job isnt bad, management is!

      Pros

      Team and drivers are cool to work with. Working with the cities is great.

      Cons

      Miss management, favoritism, lack of acceptable training. Extremely high and over unrealistic workload for supervisors. Just not worth the time if I'm being direct. Again the expectation from management is unrealistic and even when you do what is asked, you are treated like you don't know squat. Really, unless you brown nose the location manager you will never be enough. Good luck to any applicants
