Pros

ESOP, benefits. There are some really great employees who are trying to change the culture even though they get shut down at the upper management level

Cons

As an Ops Supervisor you will be expected to work a minimum of 50 hours while being paid for 40. Corporate is fully aware of this and looks the other way. There is little to no actual training, it’s supposed to be OTJ but that depends on how much the person you shadow actually trains you. You won’t have an actual schedule at first. One week you may come in at 6 am the next you come in at 2am and the week after that you come in at 4am, you never get acclimated to a schedule. Senior management plays favorites with supervisors who have been in collections or trucking before.
