      Bigoted shop boss, constant bullying by management and coworkers, no representation from Human Resources. Racial and homophobic slurs regularly used by workers. My boss openly used racial and homophobic slurs. One of the drivers would goosestep across the yard and throw his hand up in a Sieg Heil gesture. Unacceptable. The worst environment I've worked on due to the nastiness of the coworkers and managers. The dirty and physically demanding nature of the work didn't bother me.

      Churn and Burn mentality Difficult to break out of your position. Not a lot of opportunities for growth. The pay could be higher for the amount of work you do.
