Good momentum, quite a few talented people, good culture on some teams

Cons

Terrible CEO, founders and GMs who not only don't add value they don't actually do anything other than take a salary CEO has 15+ direct reports; why? Mediocre-bad performers are rewarded (e.g. product mgmt) if they tell CEO what he wants to hear TERRIBLE engineering that has never hit a deadline Non-existent product mgmt
