The people that work here are amazing. I am lucky enough to work with some truly brilliant people. Also, since the company is rapidly growing I haven't felt trapped in a role or like I am stagnating,

Cons

Since the company is rapidly growing, there can be some growing pains. Things that were designed for a company of 60 aren't working for a company of 600, so there are plenty of things that are too manual or just don't scale. Thankfully fixing those pain points is a relatively high priority on the to-do list, so it doesn't feel like bandaids are just being applied to gaping wounds.
