People are hardworking and nice. Customers love the product. Communication is open across teams. Healthy work life balance.

Cons

Executive company decisions don't always make sense. Pricing and packaging could (and should) be refined. Asking people to come in 3x's a week after successfully working from home is dangerous.

salary, unlimited time off, free lunch once a wk, location

Cons

no 401k, felt like I couldn't leave my desk, very cliquey and cut throat, poor work life balance, a lot of ppl were miserable
