Pros

The company is made up of very smart and supportive people which creates a great culture. A ton of room for growth. Being self-directed definitely helps but people are always open to helping newcomers adjust. Good benefits and WFH options. Looks like the company's going to keep growing and I can't wait to see where they end up.

Cons

Should start offering 401k matching.

Pros

Super passionate employees, friendly and fun place to work, great perks (snacks, swag, events, etc), and development opportunities for those who seek them out. Flexibility with work hours/schedule/ability to wfh is also a great bonus. The product has a unique place in the market which sets up the company for great future success. Casual atmosphere and managers who generally let you find your own work style and run with it.

Cons

Like any growing company, nothing is perfect. Not a lot of diversity in the employees but it's something the company is aware of and trying to improve. The startup vibe isn't for everyone, and the casual atmosphere can sometimes come across as less professional than I'd like to see in some situations (although I like to think the intelligence and enthusiasm of the employees makes up for it). there are definitely growing pains, but the upside is that if you recognize and issue and bring it to the right people, you can become part of the solution and see actual change happen.
