Even though employee retention is great, sometimes it leads to people staying in a job that they are not very good at.

Management structure is unlike anything you will experience elsewhere. Very obscure structure, maybe even nonexistent. Management there have little to no experience, and only experience there is very unusual. Hard to explain. Most of mgmt only know mgmt from their roles at that facility, and are unwilling to change to industry standards.
