They say they pay people well, but in my new position my salary is significantly better.

I'm not from Red Bud, and on two separate occasions when I tried to make small talk with other office members, they told me that we shouldn't talk because they were scared of getting in trouble. There's a lot of fear embedded into the work environment. Management humiliates and belittles employees (watched them tell someone they felt like they were working with a kindergartener in front of the entire office) No room to advance Loyal employees that have been there for years aren't allowed to make executive decisions Terrible micromanagement (all emails are stopped and reviewed by management before being sent) They have no faith or trust in employee ability and will not invest in you
