The pay is pretty good, and they are certainly not afraid to keep throwing random raises toward those they want to keep. Really cool shop, with a cool history and backstory.
Cons
It can be an absolute circus. The general culture in the shop has gotten pretty toxic. If you can keep to yourself you'll do fine.
