well respected brand in marketing, high creativity and inspiring projects excellent benefits: health care 100% covered unlimited free Red Bull keeps you going

Cons

little work/life balance culture is "you're lucky to work here" vs "we appreciate your contributions" plenty of pet projects that don't make business sense

Pros

Healthy budgets to get things done, reasonably open as long as you fly under the radar. You can work in some cutting edge areas with some very innovative thought leaders if you are in Marketing.

Cons

Some people find it hard to adjust to the sporadic management style. They are struggling with their internal corporate culture, it does not match the brand image. Extremely unrealistic at times. Micromanagement from Global Headquarters is suffocating.

Private company that loves to spend money on great ideas, best place to work if you value marketing, work is more fun than most things you'll do in your personal life, laid back company that gets work done, work hard/play harder, the best idea wins.

Cons

The culture of the company is to work 60+ hour work weeks because, well, you work for an energy drink. Disorganized when it comes to career development and advancement. There is little that has been developed by the HR side of things to develop current employees and take them to where they want to be in their career. Upward growth isn't very possible.
