Pros

Saying you get to work for Red Bull-an iconic company. That’s it.

Cons

My first day on the job my manager tried to h00k up with me. After I denied him, he made my life miserable and he was married!. HR didn’t do anything about it and he got me fired off a small technicality. I should have gotten an attorney, but I was young and naive. The things that go on at the work “events” are beyond disgusting. The leadership is totally unprofessional and you only get promotions or jobs if you’re attractive and kiss their you know what.

Pros

amazing benefits package, decent pay for entry level marketing, you get to travel for work often, thorough in-role training, commitment to development because they like to hire and promote internally. managing the student marketeers is also such a joy if you’re comfy with people managing young part time employees.

Cons

the company culture is like high school, there are men who have been regularly sexually harassing women in the office and who never get reprimanded/still work there, misogyny is a raging issue. if you’re younger than 28, they will act like they value your opinion only for senior and director level mgmt to tell you that Red Bull is just “slow to move” while they air the same insanely bad cartoon commercials and appeal to the millennial white man. they will overspend in the on premise for their boy geniuses to rent club tables on company dime - meanwhile everyone in on prem happens to be a raging alcoholic. work hard, play hard, or so they say.
