Pros

Free energy drinks, that’s about it.

Cons

This place is a total cesspool of toxic office culture, favoritism, and extremely weak leadership.. ESPECIALLY IN MIAMI!!! Also, you don’t actually work for Red Bull, you work for a poorly managed distributor of Red Bull called RBDC. There’s no clear direction, no support, no professionalism, unfair pay scales, and any real growth potential is non existent unless you’re tight with the right group, believe me! However if you’re just looking for a crappy temp job to pay the bills while you’re in college or whatever then it’s tolerable at an entry level, but any serious sales professionals should definitely avoid this place 100%. If you’re still looking to get into beverage sales specifically I’d highly recommend pursuing a more reputable and fast growing brand like CELSIUS instead if you really wanna grow!

Pros

- Flexible with a school schedule - Experiences and opportunities you get to have in college are unreal - You get to explore the city of Austin in such a unique fun way - I made all of my best friends through this company - Pushed out of your comfort zone daily - Around crazy inspiring, creative and brilliant people any time you go to work - Bosses and other higher-ups really care to help you succeed and continue on with the brand after college

Cons

Honestly besides the mini's being sketchy to drive at times and the backpacks being heavy/ leaking on you sometimes there really weren't any downsides
