Working at Red Classic was the perfect place to experience discrimination at first hand. Managed freight management was awful while I was there, always picking favorites and not even saying good morning to the entire team but to whoever they liked. The work was never split into the team but rather all one sided to whoever they did not like. In the brokerage department my manager was also awful and did not understand life and work balance, he expected us to be available 24/7 and would never give constructive feedback but rather not listen to his team and repeat himself over and over again. . Commission pay is a joke as they keep lowering the rates for our lanes. VPS are a bunch of old and close minded people who pretend to honor God in all they do but are rather children of Satan.

Do not believe in housekeeping. Put other customers before Coca Cola. They espoused family time and Christian values, but follow neither. They do not have a technician training program. Talk a big game, but are laughable when it comes to making employees feel valued. They promote individuals who clearly lack morals and then have them switch territories due to the friction. They hire techs who clearly lack the expertise to make repairs safely.
