Pros
Bright shiny red trucks, new trailers, great infrastructure as far as equipment goes. Nice uniforms, free drinks to stay hydrated for the long hours you will work.
Cons
So many to list. SNOOTY corporate management, that do not believe in review sites, even when you tell them the negative info that is lurking on the internet about them. Good management would KNOW that the internet can make or break a company these days. Military experience mean ZERO to this company, they will not accept your hard earned better than civilian experience from military service, so if you think it will be a leg up....NOPE...go elsewhere they don't want your experience...SAD SAD SAD. On boarding needs to be done , in part, by a driver so the new hires know EXACTLY what to expect and how things actually work. Having an office person tell a new driver how the job is going to be.... makes no sense, because they have NO idea what the job will be like. Military experience mean squat to these people, your experience from serving your country will not be a plus on your resume' here.
