Pros

Great equipment, home daily, easy routes to deliver growth potential is possible if you want it best trucking company I have worked for and made a consistent pay check.

Cons

Dispatch system needs major do over, and need to have better training for new hires needs to have at least 2weeks to learn system.

Pros

There are none. I would say the 100 days of vacation they give you every year, but you can't take them around the holidays. What's the use of days if you can only take them when they want you to.

Cons

Pay suck and management suck etc....The whole company suck when it comes to running an organization. This is the worse trucking job ever. They say RAISE and cut your pay by at least $150-$250 per week. They are users and want all of the money for the company. Drivers get no respect over here. The president Ron Drogan is a straight up liar. He wanted everybody to go hourly at one point and then months later, the whole company was on mileage which they don't have. Only suck ups get those great runs. If you're good, you may gross $750-$850 per week. They can't pay you right to save their life. There's at least a couple drivers every week short of pay. Their system is a fraud and they don't care. "I will try to put in on next week" is what they always say.
