We try try to hold on to our talent by seeking placement on other contracts. Once in the Red Gate Family you're always a part of the team.

Leadership team treats employees really well and are very appreciative.

Cons

Like many small companies created during the "surge" heyday, this company is losing business to other companies who underbid Federal contracts to substitute technically acceptable performance for excellence.

We review the benefits package annually and are in the top 3% of our industry based on brokers assessment for a comprehensive and affordable options. We have recently added global healthcare for our employees who work outside the Continental US which is outstanding. Call HR to learn more if you had questions after your new hire orientation or to get a copy of our Employee Benefits Guide. Specific input on revisions is always welcome.
