      A very open organization with a great work culture

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Although a very open organization, it's very week on diversity which backed up by data publish on the company's job site. Only 3 percent black company wide, with 0 in management at all levels. Although a very open organization, it's very male centered and at times feels like you have to be with the right click to get ahead.

      Pros

      Great place to work with unlimited opportunities to travel and grow your career. Executives are forward thinking and the manager's are understanding when it comes to work flexibility. Great benefits and a fast paced environment where you are always learning something new.;

      Cons

      The regular redundent and slow processes that come with any large company. The quick growth and constant hiring adds to other growing pains that are easy to deal with.
