Pros

Great benefits, plenty of time off and recharge days, work life balance, flexible work schedule and great bonus structure

Cons

Severely lacks diversity where minorities don’t feel safe or belong here. It is a white make dominated organization. There is a serious lack of representation at the executive level. I only encounter 1 African American VP, 1 Sr Director and 1 Director……in a company with 20K employees there are only 5% African American employees. Work can be chaotic, lack structure and isn’t tied to strategy. Organization is very siloed and roles/functions are duplicated across the organization. There are tons of diversity resource groups and activities, but it feels like all talk because the needle isn’t moving. Managers hire their unqualified friends and the culture is severely at stake.
