      Pros

      - Latest Technologies to work with - Talented and helpful co-workers - Challenging requirements - No work timings as such, frequent work from home till you don't misuse it, manage your deliverables and update properly during meetings. - Lead/managers are really helpful and actually focus to lay you a better career path. - Good salary correction and work compensation is in place. - State of art office, free breakfast, snacks and unlimited soft drinks. Frequent parties sponsored by the company, Reimbursed meals on Fridays. Good game room.

      Cons

      - Lacks standard processes, although our particular project is trying to compensate for it in other document oriented ways. - Lacks efficacy when it comes to inter-team communication and work. - Incorrect prioritization and ordering of multiple team dependent requirements. - Opinionated: Sometimes(when not essential enough) few project members have the last say on implementation logics even if you come up with newer and more optimal solutions.
