      Hybrid - 3 days home, 2 in office The office is nice and in a convenient location

      Cons

      Pay is a big one along with benefits. Pay is lower than most for your position. If you are in Managed Services, you will be treated as if you don't really matter. They oversell and promise certain things for the clients and expect the Service desk to magically make it happen. They will run a bare bones service desk and over load everyone. Last year we received no raise and this year again no raises. No bonuses, the most you will get is free breakfast or lunch.

      Strong Brand, Great People. Company is scaling up! Loads of opportunity to take ownership in your vertical and learn what it means to grow a company!!

      Cons

      The company is in growth mode, and the train is moving fast. It's the perfect sandbox to play in for the right people. If you aren't a performance driven person with a growth mindset - the train might be moving too fast for you. Great opportunities sometimes look like hard work!
