A lot of great people work here.

Cons

There is heavy attrition, both from layoffs and people quitting. The people left behind end up picking up the bag. It's getting unsustainable.

- They pay you on time - Team positivity in spite of adversity

Cons

- High pressure environment for no logical reason - Little to no guidance on what your job actually is - Will punish you for not doing your job when they don't even tell you - Asking far too much adaptability of the team. Constant shifting environment with zero consistency from leadership due to saying yes to literally anything the lab wants - PTO package is a sham. Offers "unlimited or flex" but is incredibly restrictive - Raises are non existent. The program was changed in 2025 and as a result consistent raises will never happen for anyone.
