Integrity and morals not its strong suit

Pros

Clean offices, met some great people, breakfast on Friday’s, felt really connected to the role I was in. Good flexibility and PTO

Cons

Integrity and morals completely out the window. Treat people like a number instead of as human beings. Most are out for themselves. Department manager was never held accountable for actions of their team because of poor process and procedure. They got to blame the team for their ineffectiveness as a manager and get away with it. Poor communication within department and between departments. Blame game mentality not healthy. Managers always trying to figure out how to spin events so it’s always someone else’s fault instead of addressing where true issues lie.

Smoke & Mirrors - Seconded!

Pros

Many great (non-management) employees Remote Opportunities Perks/Activities for in office employees Beautiful Offices Charitable Foundation and Volunteer Opportunities PTO and Paid Holidays Flexibility

Cons

Boys Club - Significant Gender Inequality Women have to work twice as hard to get half as far and do not make as much as their male counter-parts VERY few women in Senior Leadership HR Works for CEO/Company NOT the Employees Most company activities involve lots of alcohol (this could be a pro for some people) So much finger pointing! Many are quick to blame others without taking any ownership or accountability for the breakdown. No one wants to rock the boat for fear they will be a target, so don't expect people to have your back Once you are a target - it is only a matter of time before they find a reason to terminate your employment Not a lot of organic growth - growth is coming from mergers & acquisitions, which means company frequently is changing direction and restructuring. Teams get changed, moved around without any notice to employees. It seems as Management is more concerned with the "new" companies & employees they acquired than they are with loyal employees who have been with the company for many years. Poor communication between departments - not a lot of consistency.
