We are sorry to hear about your negative experience and would like to talk with you further. We do have some fanatic hockey fans, but we also have gardening fans and race fans and soccer fans and baseball fans and cooking fans and book-club fans and Bollywood fans and K-Pop fans and wrestling fans…we’re all over the place and we love that about our employees. We’re always looking to strengthen our presence in all the markets we serve, but we think we have a good foundation, on which we continue to build. We think you might not have had all the information about Red River’s locations. Our corporate headquarters are in New Hampshire, our Federal headquarters are in Reston, VA, we have a rapidly growing office and Technology Innovation Center in Austin, TX and an Enterprise Application Division is in Sacramento CA. Outside our physical office locations, we have employees throughout the country in over 30 states serving commercial, federal, state and local customers. Please reach out to us at recruiting@redriver.com to coordinate a time we can connect and discuss details around your experience.

Pros

Absolute great culture, everyone help eachother with no competition.

Cons

fast growing pains take away direction and makes you insecure on making your own decisions. Trying to create processes that lack objectivity and its increasing the "Red Tape".

Smoke & Mirrors

Pros

The company has a fun culture and some nice perks

Cons

Most of what you see is smoke and mirrors... they bid on awards without having the appropriate staff or expertise, assuming they'll "figure it out later". Its a boys clubs, with a lot of favoritism towards Sr. Managers and a hand full of salespeople. Vastly different culture and expectations between the offices.
