      Pros

      The company is growing, there are amazing opportunities for dedicated, ambitious individuals. The culture is intense but in a good - work hard, play hard kind of way. There are team and company celebrations & recognition. Lots of employees with significant tenure which speaks to how they treat people.

      Cons

      The growth mindset can be daunting for some people, you really need to find time to keep that work life balance and not burn out. And when you are moving at light speed you can't see to every detail the way some type A personalities prefer. This company is not for everyone but if you are a good fit you will likely stay for many years.
