Way too much work for very low pay

Pros

Lots of experiences for a first time manager.

Cons

Doing a lot outside of your job description, only working nights, and there is no communication from upper management. I am an hourly manager, and actually doing my assistant managers job.

You make really good money as a server, but the hourly people don’t get paid enough

Cons

The GM is not it. The other 2 managers are okay, but can be lazy at times
