Pros

Free meal with each shift.

Cons

Dirty kitchen, low quality food that kept getting worse as I worked there. Servers make so much more money than the cooks, and they often don't work as hard. They also get better incentives and benefits, there often being chances for them to earn bonuses, while the kitchen staff had no such thing.
