Started as dish-pit, got pushed up a few times to prep then to line cook, raises each time. Good management,

Cons

Very difficult if you get overwhelmed, gotta be a sturdy person to do BOH there.

Pay is relatively high compared to other restaurants in the area. Many of the people you work with are great, and the team can make shifts enjoyable.

Cons

Management is unorganized, inconsistent, and fails to address problems. As a result, good employees burn out, lose patience, and eventually quit. Turnover is constant, and the work environment becomes more stressful as experienced staff leave.
