Pros

I've worked at Red Ventures for several years now, and I've had a good time overall. I'm a programmer, and I've watch the engineering culture at RV change dramatically. When I started, RV was PHP only and focused on quick results over long term planning. Today, we are putting our PHP code in the past and moving forward with Go and C#. We're also making big bets on more thoughtful, long term tech projects.

Cons

Careful time management is important here, as it is easy to get over-involved (usually because there is a lot of interesting things going on) and end up spending more time at RV than you planned.

Pros

Great people to work with, good benefits, great food.

Cons

It's basically a call center that is very stressful. Everything is micro-managed you have to sit there for hours on the phone. When call volume is busy they cut your lunch time in half and they will deny your breaks if they want. Some people love it but very few. It is not for everyone. Very high turn over.

Pros

Fantastic campus, lots of amenities, decent base pay, earning potential is great as well, depending on the business and hours you work. Great training program, lots of fantastic people working there. Great insurance too!!

Cons

Too high pressure, your direct superior could be horribly unqualified to lead you and a team, you are one mistake away from being fired. The commission scale is tilted against you, you could have similar sales stats from one month to the next and your pay could be thousands less. They only invest in their corporate side, all the amenities are great, but you can rarely use them, hours are odd. They bombard you with call are call, it's more about quantity than quality for the Workforce managers, then the performance managers want quality over quantity. This company could truly be great if they actually cared about their employees, and input from them. It's all about big red buildings, high turnover, and expanding as quickly as possible. If you decide to work here, enjoy the time, make some money, and enjoy the perks of having Red Ventures on your resume.
