Pros

Great pay, free lunch, paid time off. This is a great company for those kids right out of college that want to make money

Cons

Poor management, fake facade, horrible scheduling. You don't have a set schedule so I hope you enjoy no life if you have a family. The perks are lost after the first few weeks

Pros

The people are awesome, great friends, great memories.

Cons

Everything else. I didn't realize how bad it was until I left. Having to request to go to the bathroom, getting denied to go to lunch. The perks of having a bowling alley, basketball court and workout rooms are great, but only if you want to stay at work longer than the 10 hours you are already there.

Pros

Culture, amenities, friends. You learn a lot of great selling techniques and they do indepth product training. If you require a license to sell a particular product they will pay for all aspects of the coursework, testing, etc

Cons

You are literally attached to your desk. You have to ask permission to go to the bathroom. It's great training and the first few weeks...but then they drop you if you aren't the top 5 in your business. I had four advancement opportunities given to me and then taken away because they realized they didn't need that position/the business was shrinking/they weren't selling enough to allow for more upper management, etc. All pathetic excuses that were a result of poor planning. Horrible communication...they will change your schedule without telling anyone and the whole business will get in trouble because you are late for your shift
