Pros

Good people, hard workers, work hard play hard

Cons

Salary slightly below average but they expect 60+ hours per week. Lots of performative work. Lots of politics just trying to look good for the higher ups. Bill themselves as innovative and cutting edge but in reality they do the same thing as everyone else but over promise in meetings with companies and investors to seem advanced.

Pros

Provided interesting talks by successful people. They had a pretty diverse portfolio of companies so you can jump around if you didn't like where you are

Cons

Poor management focused on profit. Way too many company wide meetings, no time to work.
