Awesome people and great café and very clean!

Cons

Just a number to higher ups, had my position of 9 years and was just sold like stock to another company. Forced to join this or company or be without a job. Pulled everyone into a zoom meeting and gave us the most generic bs and kicked us out the door. Best part was that we still had to work under RV and still sell for them, making us somewhat of a sub-contractor for the same company that always said we were the heart of RV and would never get rid of us.

Ownership of meaningful work. Autonomy. Development opportunities that will give more junior employees a solid foundation to be successful outside of RV. Food at the South Charlotte campus. Some mid-level managers and directors care about their people.

Cons

Chasing the easy, short-term win. Unrealistic work pace. Poor culture. DEI was cool for a bit and then it wasn't. Way below market average on pay. Knowingly runs people to the ground until they are so burnt out they have to leave,

-Paid training -High pay -Lots of hours and overtime

Cons

-Fast training -They don’t tell you they’re teaching you college material where you’ll have to study, take tests and take a book full of notes during the whole training -Switched my job expectation within the first 3 months and completely removed ADT- work from home to switch my whole training group to sell internet (not what I applied for.)
