Pros

So many of the people are smart, thoughtful and talented. Can have a good work/life balance.

Cons

Senior management continually gets in its own ways that make day-to-day difficult to navigate. Draconian security measures add to high levels of paranoia in the workplace. Metrics for employee evaluations are not clear and seemingly ever-changing. Prospects for career growth and compensation increases seem non-existent.

The campus is very beautiful

Cons

The management is horrible and the pay is way below what other companies pay for the same position. You do 4/5 jobs for 1 pay and that is still a gross underpayment.
